@Loveforever9Ouran I remember Heritagefest '09... What I don't understand is how people lined up just to get poutine at the Canadian pavilion, since you can get pretty much anywhere. :P Nanaimo Bars are a fair bit harder to find if no-one in your family bakes, but butter tarts are pretty simple to find.
@Loveforever9Ouran But then, they had a Native American stand at 2K10. I gave a lot of things a try that time. In '09, I was a bit reluctant to try what was new.
But damn, those guys at the Italian booth... They can serve pasta lukewarm and it still tastes like a little bit of God.

The Canadian tent I think was created to represent mixed races(half breeds) because all the other tents were all homogenous cultures
