I don't know... I think Spirit has lost its communitcations. I don't know if Spirit is gonna come back. I hate to say this, but from the information I've read, she's "dead in the water". At least we have Opportunity! 7 years! Originally designed for only 90 days, and she is still working like a charm! The new mosaic pictures, and fisheye camera composite photos are amazingly crisp, as if it just got there! I wouldn't be surprised if she lives longer than I do!
@nohdcuber Yes, Oppy is still operating. The Mars Science Laboratory, a rover the size of a BMW Bug is set to arrive on Mars late this year, early next.
