At the second CSAC hearing, Kizer testisfied that he nor anyone from the NSAC had ever given him any permission whatsoever and that's why they resuspended him.

Every fighter knows that the correct procedure to get an exemption is to go to the AC for a rigorous process before you ever start using and have their doctors test you to make sure you're using for the "right" reasons. Not only was Chael not permitted to use steroids, but he also had had a T/E ratio over 4 times the allowed threshold.

Sonnen was using Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), which is not uncommon for athletes his age and with his competitive background; however, the mouthy money launderer failed to follow the proper protocol for clearing his TRT therapy prior to the event.

@woodystylezz I don't think you have any idea how a TRT exemption works from an athletic commission. You don't just tell them that you're injecting steroids. Every fighter knows that the correct procedure to get an exemption is to go to the AC for a rigorous process before you ever start using and have their doctors test you to make sure you're using for the "right" reasons. Not only was Chael not permitted to use steroids, but he also had had a T/E ratio over 4 times the allowed threshold.

Even if he was given an exemption to undergo TRT (he absolutely wasn't), he would've still needed to have a T/E ratio of under 4:1 but Chael came into the title fight with T/E ratio of 16.9:1 which is over 4 times the allowed threshold (dca.ca.gov/csac/about_us/meetings/20101202_agenda.pdf (page 37))
