But ive read around that if i do too much cardio it will slow the process of my muscles growing, but i need to cut becuase there is belly fat i want to get rid of. im a personal trainer and i say as long as things are not dangerous and you have the correct form, do what you do! thats why you look as good as you do!

How can i lose my belly fat without losing weight? or am i just gonna have to lose the weight and then gain it again after I get my abs. btw,
@SoulThriveBeats I used to weigh 155 at 6'3" and am now 180, solid muscle (17 pounds in one summer!). I gained weight through basketball training. The key to healthy weight gain is a proper diet, commitment to the weight room, and endurance cardio. Don't place primary focus on your abs. My basic method: warm up with light jog, hit legs hard in weight room, then do endurance exercises (suicides or 6's, mixed resistance bike, plyometrics, jumping exercises). Change weight and endurance exercises..

When I was training, I did legs 3 mornings a week and rotated chest/tris, back/bis, and shoulders on a 3-day regime (1 day rest for upper body). I did it, my gym gave me a warning for goofing around on the machines. I even explained what I was doing, but the personal there are so bad (they give a 17 year old upcoming bodybuilder the same workout schedule as a 60 year old who want to lose weight) so they didnt get it....I need a new gym.
Mountain climbers and bear crawls are the best for that total body experience just ask any Marine you happen to cross paths with. I still do these today. Great routine SH. You get a Semper Fi and an OOORAH from me.
Just did this at my gym, BEAST workout, and my gym was crowded, and I don't care what people say, I'm there to workout not make friends. One time I had to workout in short shorts, only losers waste gym time judging other people.

Wow! "Poor is the man whose pleasure depend on the permission of another" Scott I tried this and took it a step further and picked up some small 10lb plates and hand them over my head for that extra intensity. If you do this after your Iced Abs workout, the "bear crawl" turns into a "butt kick crawl"..thanks for taking it up a notch!
Ive seen people doing this at the gym, WHO CARES ABOUT WHAT EVERYONE ELSE THINKS, the gym is about FITNESS. And if doing this routine helps someone get in better cardio shape and reach their goals then they should do it. You do it on a treadmill so that you dont need a large open space for some of the stations. You can do it right at the gym after any weight routine or whatever. If you dont like it, dont do it. But dont make fun of people who do

this is just another piece of the armoury
i got 8 different routines.. and even though i got a lot of variation .. this will make it a lot less boring

I did it, my gym gave me a warning for goofing around on the machines. I even explained what I was doing, but the personal there are so bad (they give a 17 year old upcoming bodybuilder the same workout schedule as a 60 year old who want to lose weight) so they didnt get it....I need a new gym.

Mountain climbers and bear crawls are the best for that total body experience just ask any Marine you happen to cross paths with. I still do these today. Great routine SH. You get a Semper Fi and an OOORAH from me.

Just did this at my gym, BEAST workout, and my gym was crowded, and I don't care what people say, I'm there to workout not make friends. One time I had to workout in short shorts, only losers waste gym time judging other people.

@GoldenBoneMarrow That's the whole point, he's showing regular exercises you can do on the treadmill, to spice things up from the boring regular ones, as well as boring runing or jogging.

Wow! "Poor is the man whose pleasure depend on the permission of another" Scott I tried this and took it a step further and picked up some small 10lb plates and hand them over my head for that extra intensity. If you do this after your Iced Abs workout, the "bear crawl" turns into a "butt kick crawl"..thanks for taking it up a notch!

Ive seen people doing this at the gym, WHO CARES ABOUT WHAT EVERYONE ELSE THINKS, the gym is about FITNESS. And if doing this routine helps someone get in better cardio shape and reach their goals then they should do it. You do it on a treadmill so that you dont need a large open space for some of the stations. You can do it right at the gym after any weight routine or whatever. If you dont like it, dont do it. But dont make fun of people who do

@ScottHermanFitness . I strongly recommend you to do this in crowded gym. rather then doing currently alone ATM . then you will hear words like "IDIOT, HOMO" etc etc .
