She caused endless problems for the group, especially Sid, who she introduced to heroin and eventually destroyed. Truly a cursed bitch from hell.

@jederguy98 You Should read 'And I Don't Want To Live This Life' By Nancys Mom..I can't remember her first name but if you look up the title you should find it....it's a great book and explains alot...Nancy was ill....but she did love Sid....everyone wants to blame her for Sids downfall but I think he would take responsibility for his part...nothing but a Tragic Love Story....thats what the facination is I think...

He was weaker than her, the scapegoat personality and she was a narcissist looking for attention all the time. He fell into her trap and lost himself to her and Smack.

@jederguy98 I would guess that the best possible way to put it is, Nancy is to Sid as Cortney Love is to Cert Cobain as far as relationships are concerned...
As every knows Cortney Love in a sense brought a destructive life to Cert and inevitably ripped the band apart. Perhaps every generation has a story like the Sex Pistols, or Nirvana.
Well this is my way of understanding peoples dislike for Nancy.

@TheAaronsid100 that movie was more a joke than anything else. read johns autobiography, they were school friends and squatted together as teenagers. he loved him like anyone loves their eldest friends and i know how he feels, because i have had friends like that die in similar circumstances, sometimes you dont know what you love until you loose it for good.

An odd thing? Sid was born in October and Nancy died in October. Sid died in Fenruary and Nancy was born in February.
