UNC had a nice 15 or so min. comeback but college basketball is played for 40 mins, sometimes 45 mins (ala 2008 national championship). I know those are your opinions but they are also excuses.

That's all he ever does on defense, because he can't do anything else to stop someone except fall to the floor and hope to get a call. And there were a few pussy calls that went his way that night. KU went 14/15 from the stripe and shot lights out over the last two minutes and 12 seconds of that game. The only reason UNC made a comeback was because KU got complacent. When the game got down to 4 KU refocused and started playing defense again and throwing the ball inside. Hansbrough may be a tough rebounder and inside scorer, but he is a piss poor defender. Just like the rest of UNC. That was the difference. KU played defense, UNC didn't.
