I agree with you mate. Then again, there should've been another solution to this matter. So many people didn have to die like this. I know our Army officers arw not the most honest people on earth, but killing them is not an answer, but saying that our govt have always been so screwed up and, it seems like every time anyone wants anything to be done, violence is the only way. Do you think if the BDR went to the govt and complained they would've gotten a fair play? I doubt it. FK our govt,

Army is Army and BDR is a border force. They can never be equal. BDR can be given a salary raise, but they should always be subordinate to the Army. Otherwise, the country will have two armies of equal rank. This will create a big chaos, if there isn't enough already.

Moreover, there are ways to protest. You can stop reporting to work or wear a white band on your arms. But, the moment you open fire, no matter what grievances you have, you are a traitor and deserve capital punishment.

Agreed to some extent, but few of them did protest wearing a white band, but they were systematically punished. The thing is our defence chain of command are still ran by out dated British systems where subordinates are treated as animals and never harked. Unless we come up with some system where there will be enough communication from down up through the food chain of command, things like this will happen.

BDR should be over!! We want honest soldiers and new Border force named as BANGLADESH BORDER FORCE(BBF) no more BDR! Bangladesh has millions of youth who are unemployed.They can serve Bangladesh better if they are trained. No more killers in Bangladesh soldiers.
