I use to be a self-admitted socialist. Now I see that system as highly destructive to economies around the world.

To put it bluntly, socialist systems consume more than they produce, plain and simple. They discourage people from taking innovative risk and ultimately feed off people's desire to have something for nothing.

Their politicians promise everything under the sun for free. But the reality is, nothing is free.

Many of these socialist economies have run out of credit.
