And you never got hit by Paksique's 800+ ranged damage spell? Or did they add it later? I tried to kill him alone too, and while I kite quite well, I cant eat more than one of those big bowling balls he throws around...
It feels almost exactly like World of Warcraft, except with an animation delay instead of a GCD. The sounds and looks are more Korean, yea. I'm not sure if we're using the same sound stuff in the Beta as what's coming in the NCSoft West version (NA/EU). I wouldn't knock it for being too Japanese until we have a full western release version.
Sort of yes, sort of no. No in the sense that you can be facing the wrong way and start a cast. Yes in the sense that your character turns 180 degrees (but not the camera).

Hahah yea, they added that after the Closed Beta at some point. I figured that out the hard way as well... ow :(
You can practice the same concept on any elite mob in the game that doesn't have a ranged attack - there are many of them.
I basically have this down cold by now, helps out a bit :)

so what moyxx means, is that to start the cast u don't have to face, but once u are casting ur char auto matically turns. but ur camera does not
