@AidenGaming this game has a terrible lag in the single player (ironic) so you can try to install it to ur harddrive to make it go faster and if ur A button doesent work. then you are fucked.

You can't sell a home you live in, you'll have to change personal residences. Keep going in the story and you'll eventually have access to the Bloodstone region, it's near the end of the game.

for me, the purchasing price for the target home was about 6,000. I tried to get the value to 12,000 purchasing only from Bowerstone but the price was raised to 10,000. Went to the Bloodstone furnature store and was able to boost the price to 12,000. Get as much 5-star as possible and fill the rest with 4-star and you have yourself 10G

Best part about this is that you can buy the house back for the same price you sold it for to continue the constant income :)

i hate buying the childs bed and i hate the fact that all the houses in bloodstone need kids beds when there are no kids living there anyway is there a way to remove them cuz i dont want to leave it there being a lvl 1 furniture it makes the house look ugly

@lvlustaineHero Should be similar to the way you change furniture, but you can only do it in houses that have a wall mounting slot for it. A lot of them don't. In the video, where I teleport into Old Town, if you keep going straight down the street to I believe your 2nd right (in the video I turn into the 1st right) you will have a house on your right that has two wall mount slots to give you an idea of what they look like. Like I said though not many houses have this option.

@MrReubinio Heroes are the lowest class citizen in all video games hence why everyone can just walk into your house. On the bright side you also get to rummage through most people's things and usually get away with it or outright kill the entire city so there's always that.

Huh. I got that by upgrading a house behind in Bowerstone Market. I think it was the monster house or something. It's behind the potion shop. But, I didn't need to get to Bloodstone to finish it up. I just slept off and on. Still, nice job, dude. Btw, I prefer the katana. It's faster.

I always install 360 rpgs to my hard drive, they (generally speaking) will load noticeably faster specially in the late game when the game has to keep track of a lot of items/conditions/abilities at once.

how far through the campaign do u have to go to unlock bloodstone

From what I remember, Bloodstone is about 3/4 to 4/5's into the game. Strategy wise you'll want to buy the house as early as you can so you are likely to have it for a low purchase price so by the time you arrive in Bloodstone you will have a strong economy to also raise your house's value (which will subtract from the amount of 4-5star furniture upgrades you'll need in total to hit the 2xpurchase price goal).

That happened to me for a while, I dought this will work but you can always try sleeping for 7 days a few times, or set your internal clock forward which usually would just work for glitches, though I like to buy and move into to a house after I complete the full game so I wouldn't know too much...

If you're playing co-op and the other player unlocks the achievement then you both receive credit for the achievement.

Your dogs color follows with your alignment, for example, Pure Good = Golden Dog, Pure Evil = Black Dog

It does not matter which house you use so long as what you sell it for comes out to be twice what you paid for it. Rent has an indirect influence on it. If your renting out all your properties for cheap then the population will be happier which will drive up the town's economy which in turn drives up the sale price. You don't need to live in the house, it can be rented out at the time you sold it like mine was in the video.

If that happens you may need to start a new game or fiddle with the economy a bit (frighten people to shake it down a star, then be kind again to poke at the system that manages what gets sold when). Otherwise you may need to start a new game. Good luck.

Play the game. You don't need cheats or glitches to hit that amount. If you play the game a lot, buy businesses first (higher return than houses per minute but they don't pay while offline), if you play sparingly buy houses first (they pay out even while offline). By the time you hit Bloodstone you should be buying up any and all property. By the end game you should be receiving way more money than you're ever spending.

I believe the damage is permanent. I was angry at a friend who shot my store window in Bowerstone while goofing around while in co-op (I like the prestine look of the good side campaign). He thought it would regenerate, a month later (and I believe in this video as well) the window is still broken.

Just play the game. If you're going to play it alot, buy stores before houses (they have higher payout per minute), if you're going to play every now and then buy houses before stores (they payout every 5 minutes even when the game is turned off). By the time you hit Bloodstone if you have been buying up all the houses and stores you can, you'll easily be making way more money than you'll ever spend. (for reference I charged -20% rent, good-align campaign).

Double check that you all ready didn't receive the achievement and didn't notice. Otherwise I don't know what is happening in your situation and would just suggest to try with different properties and to remember that you have to double the price of the last time your purchased the property (this amount will get higher as the game goes on and should not be confused with the base price of the property).

If you're having trouble, try this alternate method. In my video before you take the right turn down the alley, if you keep going straight instead there's a house at the end of the street that has two trophy slots on the wall. Buy it, replace all furniture w/1 star, sell it, buy it again, replace all furni w/5 star and add your two highest value trophies, then sell again. Hopefully the 2nd time you sell it will be double what you paid the 2nd time you bought it. Good luck.

I'm guessing you're talking about the refreshing lines that you might see when recording a tv with a camcorder. I use capture hardware to record the game footage directly to my computer, I don't know of a way to get around seeing the refresh lines other than setting the camcorder at a really low frame rate (which will then have choppy video). If you mean the black wide screen lines at top and bottom when capturing, you can remove those with video editing software (Premiere, Edius, etc)

If they don't sell 5 star, do either of the following:

1) Find a building with Trophy Slots (one nearby where the house is shown in this vid) and put late-game trophies in it. That with 3-4 star furniture should x2 the purchase price.

2) Replace all the furniture in the house shown w/ 1 star furniture, sell it, buy it again (sets price w/ 1 star furniture) then replace all furniture with 4 star furniture. That should x2 the purchase price.
