these project were awesome and creative, I myself just started with electronics i'm still pretty new to it I am learning that and the micro controllers and I'm glad to say my first one was a Arduino Uno and its absolutely amazing its flexible you can pretty much do anything on it that is simple until it gets past its 18 volts threshold then it becomes a little more difficult like the guy who had the shift registers. happy inventing everyone props for the people in the video
Valve and Arduino sounds like a good combo. Im wanting to get into Arduinos now after playing gmod using wiremod. I love wiremod for gmod and love building circuits. Arduino seems like a great combo.
I deeply believed this is what USA should heading to. The good old creativiity, imagination plus sweating. My kudos to all the talent people participating in this video. Keep it up. I wish our government could invest more free educational programs for these people in college. Thanks you.
I've got Ben's Xbox 360 disc changer, so at some point I need to learn how to wire a couple 7 seg displays to it to display disc number, and maybe even a keypad for a jukebox-type thing.
Parking gauge: Other than for the fun of it, you don't really need to know how many feet there is to "the tennis ball." It would be good enough to use three led's: One foot to go, Stop! and Aw, crap!!
Bicycle wheel: This reminds me of a certain Plink-o-meter, but inside out.
@jeriellsworth I'm tempted to change my legal name to bkraz333. Or I could finally finish that time machine project, and go back to choose a better youtube screen name.

@vince086 Cheers, I will check that out. 300 pins seems like a reasonable free limit.
@lwr20: I tried kicad. It's the beginnings of something good, but far from actually usable... Better than geda at least.
