If the Officer had sucessfully goaded him into screaming at him, there would have been a very different result. There were no grounds for this man's arrest and both the Officer and the man knew this. You don't need to see much to hear the important part of this video. The person being questioned does EXACTLY THE RIGHT THING! He is NOT required to answer any questions, nor is he required to go with the Officer. He is exercising his right against unlawful detainment an Officer who is too hopped up to think straight. As you can see, repetedly asking the Officer whether he is being detained elicited (eventually) that no, he was free to go.

I agree but the officer answered the question truthfully and straight forward. The kid kept asking "Are you detaining me?" repeatedly after being told the answer. He was being a smart ass to incite the officer further. Can't see his face very well being he's looking down his nose at the officer too with a smirk.

Ronald McDonald wrote me a ticket when I was 16 for underage drinking. Yes, I blew a .05, but he entered basically without permission a home in which both parents were present and proceeded to detain and breathalize about 50 kids for about 3 hours. There was no alcohol in the home and no one was drinking at the party... I was just dumb enough to have had some beer prior to stopping by to say hi to some friends. He does this kind of stuff all the time.

He arrested me at a bierstube a few years ago. There are many horror stories about his behavior. Evidently one of his children was killed by a drunk driver so he takes his rage out on young people. He doesnt work for the EPD but he is always in Evansville harassing bars and patrons. I think he is out of Gibson County which is outside of Evansville and I'm fairly sure that he was fired recently.

Its not the first time this has happened. Evansville Police have a history of using excessive force and harassing people at music venues. I remember being at a show in the early 2000s where the Police raided the venue, used tear gas and beat kids. If only it was a few years later Cell Phone Videos would have put those animals in jail for their actions.
