I love this song!! NatalyDawn does a cover of  this, its on her youtube page. Hers is acoustic and very mellow and not meant to be a full-fledged cover, but its pretty awesome nonetheless in my opinion. Check it out.

May opted out of using his Red Special because Freddie snatches the guitar from him and throws it back at him in the video. May used a knock-off guitar based on a Fender Stratocaster instead.
