thanks for your response but i did it the same way many times but it doesnt load the windows which is i wanted to start the formatting instead its logging on welcome screen...waiting 4 ur reply...

@aersnt25 try calling lenovo tech support; you may have to download a USB recovery image because your image may be corrupted

@blewmymindcom thank u you so much well i think its the best sollution but if i failed to contact them or to have that recovery disk can i upgrade it maybe to other os? more power!

make sure when you do these steps your computer is turned off.

if it doesnt work, you would need to change your hard drive and reinstall the recovery image.
