  • I am subscribing because i herd 104.1 THE HAWK on the radio! awesome vids! I am doing my first build here in about 2 weeks.your vids have been prety informative.good work.

  • What Size Pop-Rivets did you use to re-assemble it or how to take apart thx

  • @xFoxRx Drill them out with a 1/8" drill bit...then replace them with a new 1/8" pop rivet...easy as that

  • so what happened to this and the big kahuna?

  • @emerybryant The Storm Shadow was finished a while back, may or may not post a vid...but I will be posting some pics on my WCM FB page soon.

  • Another thing, are ther other white fans we could use to replace noctua's?

  • That was my problem with that noctua, I hate noctua fans color, Now you gave me the great idea of changing them for those enermax, 2 o 3 degre for me isn't that bad, I overlock just for fun, i'm not seeking the ultimate OC level.

Anyway, love your work, sorry for my lousy english, greets from Argentina!

  • Hey I got a question about the fans. Can you paint them? I mean if it were possible I would've opted to paint the Noctua fans instead of switching them. Or would it be too much of a hassle?

  • @0peppers Sure you can paint the fans..i even have a video showing how to paint fans. But if you're not careful and spray them evenly, the little extra weight on one side can or will throw off the balance.....really not a problem but it will reduce the like of the fan if it is unbalanced. Also the client wanted to use LED fans...and yes I could have painted the Noctua fans and added LED's to it, but at the end of the day it was much easier to just change the fans and give up a little performance

  • @WestCoastMods Thank you for answering my question.

  • Great case !!! Like the white painted parts.

  • How do I notify you, when I want your company to build my computer? Thanks

  • @KDBroadCastings PM me.....and if we work something out i will give you my email and phone number if needed.

  • Your work is amazing

  • @azothozel Thanks mate

  • Let me get this straight. You Mod PC's your Wife Mod's PC,s.

Next thing you'll be telling is your wife also likes sports & PC gaming too. LOL :D

  • @quigon87yt LOL......

  • @ Lazyman, love your Build Room

  • @MadStylezuk Thanks

  • cant wait for the next video

  • Hi Lazyman i have the asus rampage 2 extreme motherboard and would like to install 3 GTX 480 for tri sli but the USB, Firewire, and case wiring headers are placed directly under the third PCIE slot at the bottom, and there is no room to access them if the slot is occupied and those headers are need for my Antec 1200 to function what can i do ?

  • @jacekantoine You should still be able to plug them in, but once the GPU is mounted you wouldn't have access to your front panel connectors. You would have to remove the GPU first.

  • If you're not watching in 1080p stop go back to the beginning and watch it again Amazing work!

  • @bornwisedistruction Thanks bud

  • Awesome!

  • That is a really sexy paint scheme Lazyman

  • @WARFOX101 Thanks Warfox

  • I normally don't like Antec cases, but this is awesome. Well done.

  • @CamdawgzXXX I agree..not a big fan of the antec 300,900,1200 series, but this looks pretty sweet.

  • <3 sublime I just saw a concert of them a couple weeks up here in Buffalo NY.

  • @wherethebeef7 Nice.

  • awesome job as always lazyman, maybe you and your wife can team up and tackle these mods. make a business out of it

  • @fightingfalconfan Thanks mate

  • a wife who can assemble a case, i want one of that

  • @lastdna They aren't cheap...lol

  • would it not be better to put the middle fan on the outside of the heatsink,or aim i wrong?

    really nice job btw!

  • @GtR1985 Why?

  • your wife rocks !!!!!!!!!!!1

  • @kaneem001 Thanks

  • @kaneem001 Thanks bud I will tell her that

  • Niiice - I love black and white cases!

  • @PGTMan Me too!

  • I love antec cases, great work lazyman.

  • @SexyCoCoBoy Thanks mate

  • I think we should have Kim troubleshoot the BSOD LOL! Looking good, bro!

  • @ConsumerFanatics LOL....yeah, thats funny!

  • His wife knows how to assemble a case where can i find a woman like that ? :)

  • @jacekantoine She is well taught....

  • That came out really nice. I have seen a lot of black and white cases lately and I have to say that I like contrast of them. My next build id going to be them colors also.

  • @FUzzyBUnnyBOoties Yeah, i think it looks pretty nice too. I am tired of my red and blk "Black Widow" case.

  • @WestCoastMods It just goes to show that no matter how nice of a case you have sooner or later you get tired of looking at it and want something else :-)

  • Stop asking for likes ! U will get them anyway cause u are awsome! But when u ask for them it makes at least me want to dislike instead, or not like/dislike at all!

(Btw, i did press "LIKE" ;))

  • @am0berg I just put it their to remind ppl. I seem to forget to "Like" a video a lot of times. Sometimes I am like "Oh Shit" I forgot to like that video and have to go back and hit the "Like" button.....It is just a friendly reminder...thats all.

  • YOUR WIFE CAN ASSEMBLE A CASE!

    SWEET!

  • @infrinous19 Who do you think taught me?....lol

  • Awesome job!

  • LazyMan, curious about the cost of powder coat on this size case. I know how much it would coast to use "rattle cans" but not powder coat. Is the case sanded and primed by the painter? Nice finish on the paint by the way!

  • @2stent This is all liquid paint......except for the red stuff...we had to go liquid on the case because it is some metal and plastic.....if we were to powdercoat the metal parts on the case, then we wouldn't been able to match the color in liquid. The painter charges per color with a minimum cost of $250....depending on how many colors it can go up.

  • Yea i figured ..but i had to give her something too cheer about lol...btw Larry I'm scott the guy you help my wiring on my computer ..and just too let every one know Lazyman is one of the Class acts in the Modding pc world ..imo :)

  • @MrScoot70 Thanks bro for the kind words....I sorry that I don't remember, but if you said I helped you then I guess I did...;-)

  • Wife did great ...Hmmm what did Lazyman do...oops nvm the name explains it self haha

  • @MrScoot70 hehe......it was suppose to be a joke...do you really think my wife is going to re-assemble a PC......hell all she cares about is that it starts and it isn't slow....lol

  • Anybody can see that you like what you do. Every work is perfect congratulations.

  • @kokie20 Thanks bud......kind words are always appreciated!

  • LazyMan and Bill Owen = long lost brothers.

Is it me, or are white cases becoming a new trend?

  • @adamXatomic LOL......:-)

  • @MrGeminii76 Thanks buddy

  • omg it looks way better than mine! lol nice job

  • @beyaz4beyaz Yes sir, she told me if there weren't a bunch of likes that she would never do it again...

  • Thats probably the nicest lloking antec 1200 i've ever seen, great choice for the colour scheme

  • @cavemanleet Thanks mate

  • @leanlifter I agree, seen some badass women in my day too. Also this comment was marked as spam....I don't know whats going on.

  • The Steve Miller Band - The Joker was playing in the background?

  • @jeckulz Oh yes.......love my classic rock!

  • @TheFedility He has a few recent videos and updates, why were you on the verge of unsubscribing?

  • @Phenomental1ty I think he was joking...I hope...lol

  • @leanlifter Thanks buddy....and for some reason your comment was marked as spam...idk why. I marked it as not spam....

  • @TheFedility Unsubscribe......why? Well glad I made your day.

  • Some people call me Maurice -WIW-WOOOOOOO

  • @jeckulz Okay...I don't get it?

  • @WestCoastMods I think he was talking about the song in the background around the 1:09 mark, lol. Awesome work by the way.

  • @yassarikhan786 Thanks....I get it now.

  • Hey Lazy excellent work as always. Just a thought, I was looking at the noctua heatsink you go in there. I think it would be really cool is you cover the top of the heatsink with some colour (just the top fin where the noctua logo is). So when you look in through the side panel it will really pop. Another suggestion, replace the Noctua logo altogether and put on some cobra heads. keep up the good work.

  • @FozCooled Thanks bud, yeah I was thinking about painting them red. But I think I may just put a piece of red mirrored acrylic over them....

  • Cobra logo looks awesome

  • @morganbagert Thanks mate

  • Love the paint job you've done on the case! Oh and thanks for leaving a message on my channel.

  • @TheComputerEmpire Thanks bro...I appreciate your support.

  • LazyMan, your work is the definition of perfection :D

  • @anotherone10 Very kind words ...thanks

  • @anotherone10 Thanks, those are some very kind words.

  • Thumbs up for Mrs. Lazy Man!

  • lookin' good as ever LM, as Ive said B4 you set your standards so high that anything less than perfect wont make it onto film !

    cheers

  • @fmsam I think I was a little lazy on this one......three separate shots and very little editing. Actually, it was kinda nice.....lol

  • That's an amazing paint job. Great job man.

  • Subcontracting to the wifey haha. Mine helps me with college time to time!

  • @walkerdarin2003 Yeah, I wished......it was meant to be a joke...but it seems like everyone is buying into it......cool

Anyway, a component overview vid on you build should be posted by Sunday night.

  • @WestCoastMods Awesome!

  • That almost looks stock. Like my white Corsair Graphite 600T Special Edition case, that would be a Antec 1200 Special Edition case. :-P

  • @Phenomental1ty Yeah, I was thinking the same thing...

  • how did you paint it? what preperation did you do?

  • @lifeisallaboutmusic8 It went to a pro shop....all I did was delivery it and pick it up

  • what did ur wife say when she saw the video? xD (if she saw it)

and, do u do modding jobs cross-sea? i mean from europe? :)

  • @moner65 She hasn't seen the video yet......Sure I can do whatever you want, but others have tried and once they figure the shipping cost and customs taxes or whatever customs charges...they decide that it is to much....I have to agree with them.

  • @WestCoastMods haha, she'll probably laugh :)

    oh, ok that sucks :/

i really appreciate that you actually take the time to reply to the comments!

  • @moner65 No problem bro......I hate it when I see others just ignore there supporters.....I refuse to leave comments on those channels.

  • Hi from Ukraine!I love your vids!Everything you do is wonderful!

  • @xolera82 Thanks bud...and welcome to the USA....glad to have you as a supporter

  • Good job Larrys wife, next lesson cable sleeving lol :)

  • @IanDDalton hehe

  • If you want good performance and keep the silence, go gentle typhoon.

  • @Rogy56 those are as ugly as the noctua's.......and the client is trying to balance aesthetic and performance

  • Makes me wish i kept my Antec 1200. Some awesome modding there lazy man.

  • @brandonsexywhitaker Yeah, I kinda liking how it looks...I am not a big fan of the 1200 as I don't like how shallow they are...I personally like more room

  • @WestCoastMods My only problem with the 1200 is it's not very good for water cooling. You have to remove all the cages and get creative with the hdd placement just to fit a 360 rad in the front. That or hang it off the back, which isnt terrible but i prefer everything internal.

  • @brandonsexywhitaker I agree... but for air cooling it isn't that bad.

  • The whole time I was thinking "i bet he did that.. no one is lucky enough to wife a pc builder" ;)

  • @acer0169 You're right...it was all a joke.......but it seems that some really believe it.

  • wow that white really looks amazing! Would be awesome with it running Red led fans!

  • @zkjgrty yeah, that what it will have.....red Enermax Appolish fans

  • nice paintjob DO want on my 1200 :(

  • @znitchy Lets do it.

  • Well, you really polished a turd here xD

I don't mean any offense at all, I just don't like the 1200.... everything you've done with it looks fantastic.

  • @UltraVert I feel you pain.....the 1200 isn't one of my fav's either......but I think it's far from a turd. Wow, there are so many other BAD cases out there, that if this is a turd what do you consider the rest.

  • @WestCoastMods

It's not the worst, definitely, save that title for Raidmax, or Apeviaware. I don't know man, I'm extremely picky when it comes to cases, some might say in a cynical asshole sort of way. There's literally like a dozen cases I would spend my hard earned money on at this point, most of which I have complaints with as well :/

  • Nice man! I love the finish!

  • @dieman566 Thanks

  • Should remove those rear fan grills lazy

  • @onoff314 Thanks, but to late know.....It's already painted, and for the 25% gain isn't worth scratching the paint.

  • Superb job, from you both.

  • @RUMBLERIDER2 The wife thing was a joke...lol

She would never work on a PC with me.....and I'm not sure I would let her. :-)

  • Nice CPU Cooler but I just saw the Scythe Ninja 3 CPU Cooler and it has 16 heatpipes and the design looks awesome. Maybe the client would want to look into that CPU Cooler but that is just me. but the paint job is what I would say KICK ASS AWESOME

  • @keiki646 Thanks bud....I will have a look at it. But I believe it is only 8 heat pipes, not 16.

  • @WestCoastMods it has 16. it is devided into 4 sections and each of them has 4 pipes

  • @SnakePlizkin Actually it only has 8. 2 sets of 4 which are then bent into U shape so the ends will come out of the top. Much like the NH-D14 where there is one set of 6 but the fins provide a lot more surface area overall and thus it beats the ninja in cooling.

  • @PROWarrioR oh yes u are right, dind see that.

  • @SnakePlizkin Glad you got it figured out, beacuse when you said 16 heat pipes I was thinking this thing must be huge.....

  • @WestCoastMods No, It's 4 heatpipes on this side and there are 4 sides to the cooler

  • @keiki646 So that makes 8 heatpipes right, because 4 on one side is the same 4 on the other side, the heat pipes make a "U" shape. Also it's in the specs...8 heatpipes

  • @WestCoastMods You're right, I took a closer look at it from the base of it it's 8 heatsinks going across

  • @keiki646 Okay...

  • Hey brother, another cool vid- Better watch out for the wife bro- she might be out doing you on these mods! Thanks again man, and keep up the good work.

  • @SacredSoldier13 Yeah, if I don't watch it she may take over WCM's and make me the clean up boy....lol

  • Real nice mod

  • @Raymond6494 Thanks Raymond!

  • These awesome looking mods you keep putting out....you're gonna make me run out of ways for describing these amazing case mods. Great work man keep them coming.

  • @12GTA435 Thanks buddy......I understand your dilemma...just say anything, as long as you comment. I really appreciate all the comments and support everyone gives me.

  • go cobras!

  • Why not just rattle can the 140 fan's frames and replace the 120 with an identical performing one? That's how I would customize my NHD-14.

  • @soggymaster If you look back at the component video you will see that the client had already bought 15 fans. We just tried to use what we already had. Anyway, I'm hoping he lets me keep the Noctua fans and then we both win. hehe
