  • Amazing stuff, Which micro controller are you using for this? I am working on a similar setup. I am not using an Arduino, i am using a AVR development kit, ATMEGA 16 uC and an adxl 300 accelerometer. can i get it to work with this?

  • for the one shown in this video, it would cause the servo to move, but very slightly. However, things has changed since this video. As accels are noisy, causing the servos to react even though it is stable due to vibrations. Gyros has since been added to reduce noise and PIDs included to better control servo action. thks

  • I asked because I worked on the developemt of a AHRS. Both accelero's and gyro's were used as accelero's respond to movement of the object in mid-air. Zero G was also very bad for measurements ;-)

  • IC thanks lots. i just gotten my Razor 6DOF IMU back from RMA and i am working on using that right now. Would you have any experience you would want to share?

  • I cannot tell you to much about my working at the AHRS although there is not much secret about it.

    I recently received my own accelero's and plan to use them with an Arduino to stabilize a CP.

  • How does the stearing react when you keep the heli horizontal but hover it to the right and to the left?
