All I can say is ROBIN FINCK is the man, every other guy they put in there I could give a crap about. Trent controls everything, but somehow Robin always made the songs his own, unlike the others.
If NiN was a "real" band (because as most know, NiN is really just Trent Reznor, with a touring band which rotates members around...) then I would want Robin Finck in there. The rest, who cares. Trent wrote the drum parts and bass etc, but he seems to give a little freedom to guitar :)

robin fink seriously suck more dick at guitar than lil wayne i never want to see robin up on stage ever again he sucks as a musician and i hope he gives up on music. he has no talent what so ever.
When NIN played Head Like A Hole at Oxegen last year, Robin actually fell over towards the end of the song - I dunno if he was just going overboard with his usual bending over bit or did he actually trip? It was awesome, anyway :)
I don't like Robin's version of this solo....then again, he's always had trouble with it (if you watch vids from 1994'ish time, he stopped mid-way thru and threw his guitar LOL). Great quality vid tho!
