Throwing Tips for a Catcher

I like the way this young player demonstrates & leads with his elbow when transitioning the ball from glove to hand, the elbow is very important to the proper short half circular arm throwing movement that catchers & infielders need to execute when throwing. In teaching I like to stress how important the elbow is to the execution of successful accurate throwing, youngsters are not schooled diligently enough on the importance of giving their receivers good accurate throws.
