my add /remove program dont come up it just says

idk if u said in ur video or not but......can u remove more than one at a time?

Unless you use another program to remove programs, I think Windows add or remove programs only lets you remove one at a time.

but my adobe shock wave player ont budge the un-install wizard won't work is there a diff program i could use.

If it won't uninstall then try installing it agian over writing it.. Why are you trying to remove shockwave player?
