@NintendoFan75 Just search ''Mario Kart 7 Rainbow Road''. The theme plays only for the 3rd Section, while the one in the Start of the race until the end of the 2nd Section is quite similar to N64 RR's theme. The theme on the 3rd section is a remix of both MK64 & MKDD's themes.

It's great! But, it's more like a Mario Kart 64 fan-made theme. The theme is more like 64-bit and the 3DS is 256-bit. The guitar is the only NON 64-bit part. The Rainbow Road screenshot is already official and the theme that you made may have a 65% similarity to this. But the theme is very good! Also, another advice: The final lap theme should get a higher pitch too!

Meh.. it's alright. In fact, I like it, but it doesn't have that "final track on the game/rainbow road" feeling twoards it. Don't get me wrong, it's still very good, but it could use some improvement here and there.
