u can watch the anime on megavideo and its subbed by monoryuukou subs and if u go on their website u can download episode 13 and on monday they should have episode 14 out.

I LOVE Monochrome Factor!! It's awesome and has a nice story :D but they haven't subbed after episode 6 yet T_T so I've been watching Raws..lol
