IF you see someone hacking, go into spec, and observe them. open console and type 'record hacker' the game will start recording a demo of whatever you're observing. right after you get the demo 2 start recording, type 'sb_status' into console, this will provide all the proper ID's for the person 2 show in the demo. after you take a decent demo of them, type stop, go to your cstrike folder, get the demo you recorded, and send it 2 steambans(dot)com and they lose their stem account =)

Then that means that he simply altered his game. If VAC isn't doing anything, then he's altered his materials so that he can see through shit. As for the aimbot, there are scripts out there which you can add to the game and they let you do auto aiming when they're activated. They are entirely client side, so VAC doesn't care about it.
