  • What an ending. I remember playing this and always dieing on the last stage.

  • How can you solve the level of hieroglyphics? As you can guess the revenue right?

  • i remember this game was hard, even with a trainer/ cheat.

  • I hated trying to pick the correct date column. Brunwald was my favorite level though.

Life lesson 25: Pick up a Grail Diary, a radio explodes.

  • Seeing this makes me want to download an emulator and the game and check it out.

  • 2:27 That belongs in a museum!

So does this game but it was good at the time.

  • By the time this came out I had an Amiga and the C-64 was pretty much on the way out.

  • For an emulator just type "winvice" into google. For the game... sorry... not a clue...

  • I think i remember more dialogue from the movie.

  • jesus christ i havent played this since i was about 7-8, anyone know where i can get the emulator an the game?

  • I had this game. Thought it was hard.

  • me too!

  • even worse when your 8years old lol

  • Damn right!

  • yeah, this game was hard as tits! playing it 5years old I think I had nerves of steel :)

  • Didn't think tits were hard, thought they were nice and firm LOL

This isn't as hard as the Megadrive version, that's harder than a rock!

  • It was better on Amiga 500 ;)

  • I agree with Haisaid. I did have a lot of fun playing this game and I beat it as well. I couldn't beat Temple of Doom though. I dont know how the hell the ones who beat this shit figured how to get off some of these levels. Especially the Airplane one.

  • This was the action and not the adventure? I didn't see a lot of action in that. Yet another dissappointing movie to game conversion for the scrapheap. Still, it's better than ET on the Atari 2600.

  • hell yeah, the last level was damn frustrating :P

  • Ok. Can someone explain me WHY that doors full of symbols and dates before castle brunwald level make ANY SENSE???? LOL... Really, i've been trying to play for ages, and can't make any sense out of it, if you would be kind to explain me i'd be really happy lol

  • If you're talking about what I think you're talking about, it's a piracy deterrent.

The manual that comes with the game enables you to decrypt it (specifically, a fold-out with blue blotches that disappear when you put on red-tint glasses (also in the game package) that allow you to see the text beneath).

  • What a nostalgia trip! I got this game around the time it first came out, and was very disappointed when the game wouldn't load past the 3rd level. It's funny that even though Sega released this game on a system with more graphics capabilities, the C64 version feels cozier.

  • MY GOD I LOVE THIS GAME SO MUCH

  • great

  • Cool graphics! Stone Age!

  • The first game I ever played back in 1990 I think, was this game, or a similar game with the Indiana Jones title...

  • I could never get past the train level, and I really pleased to finally see it done. It's incredible to see it again after all these years, I must have spent weeks of my life knocking around the first level as a kid, never really doing very well.

I was amazed at how short it was to complete, though!

  • Lol! I completed it when I was a kid - but only the once! Now after watching this I can see why I didn't want to do it again...the pay-off is a rip-off!

    Thanks for the upload!

  • I never could finish the game

  • This game cost me $50 back in the day, and was useless if you lost the guide or the red tint glasses for the second level.

  • WTF this guy walks like hes crippled!

  • FOR FUCKS SAKE WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT!
