Simple, I have lost almost everything, my reputation, my business, and everything in between. What more will I lose? Will any form of settlement with Mr. Fernandez regain the loses I have incurred?
The only way that Mr. Fajardo's name can be redeemed is through a dismissal or an acquittal of his case by the courts.

if I may continue, swzarsa, a case that would be filed against Mr. Fajardo, in my opinion, will most likely result in early dismissal or acquittal if indeed it reaches the courts. After its dismissal, again if I was Mr. Fajardo, I will get the best accountant in town to account for all the financial loses I have incurred since this scandal erupted then file a case versus DFP, Mr. Fernandez, et al. to obligate them to pay for all my business loses & the emotional suffering I have endured.

Thanks for outlining Mr. F's defense. I wish I could be there during the discovery phase, but unfortunately, I'm here far away. I digress, dismissal will depend on which sala this case falls under. We do still have a "few" independent court members in the country. If enough public pressure is brought to bear on this case, this may well go the "Nicole" route. If Fajardo does not "negotiate," he also runs the risk of losing by "default." You cannot squeeze water out of a rock, i.e. Fernandez.

I am an employee of Onesimus and I would know that Mr. Boyet Fajardo has NOT BEEN and is NOT in anyway connected to our company.He has his own clothing business wherein he carries his own name so why would he be connected to us?
contrary to the blogs coming out, we have to clear our name to preserve the good reputation we took care of and still taking care of for more than 18 years.

Somebody in youtube, out of some misinformation, posted a comment which wrongly identified Onesimus as one of the brands Mr. Fajardo alledgedly owned.
