I even talk to the one worker at Walmart " if you do sale to a minor what would happen, he told me I would be fired right away no questions asked. But what is going to someone under 17 to give the money to a friend who is 17 or older to buy it. It is like underage drinking how are the teens getting alcohol hmmm... Well if you think about it, they only publicize the issue of GTA when it happens to suburban kids who play obsessively(should have better parents!), but they never talk about kids living in bad areas who more or less LIVE the life of the damn game! the ESRB is a volenteer group. They're non-profit and get no money whatsoever from the developers other then to actually view the game. On top of that anyone who wants to join the ESRB must be A PARENT. It is just like the MPAA. Yet you see no one really crying over it.

i don't think that talk shows should have three people that all agree on a subject. and even if they did have three similarly-viewed speakers, i would like them to at least know about the subject in question. Glenn Beck is excused from this as he is already completely ignorant so nothing more can be expected, but at least the "experts" should know about it. there is no visible sex, at least to the levels they proclaim here, and the hiring and murders of prostitutes is completely optional.

Since when have old people ever been happy with popular culture. In the 50's it was Elvis, in the 60's it was the Beatles, in the 70s it was the hippies, and the 80s an 90s it was Rap and Metal. Now they go after video games to explain violence. The whole point of video games is to have an outlet to express that violence.
