There is NO PROOF WHATSOEVER that this bill has been signed. One article listed in this video said it was signed 12/31. The other said it was signed 1/1 while Obama was in Hawaii - yet their own claim is falsified by the photo in the article. He did sign 9/11 health and compensation act on 1/1 in Hawaii, but not this. I'm sorely disappointed with this information as I long trusted PPSIMMONS to be trustworthy in the information provided.
