  • Really nice work Chris.

  • Zomg it Clue!

  • SUCH A FAKE !!! I SAW THE MOVIE AND THIS TRAILER STINKS DUDE!!

  • GREAT JOB MAN

  • 1:47 is genius too. Sometimes silence says just as much :)

  • very cool! my fav part is 0:36. Of course I think that's the best part of the original too

  • you are really talented to be able to recreate this level of synthesis detail simply by listening and doing. much admiration ~: )

  • Really impressed with your work Chris, as a sound designer and music producer myself I take a lot of inspiration from your creativity of effects processing and the synths you use. Keep it up. I found a link to you via a port on Gearslutz...totally awesome stuff man

  • impressive! you are brilliant!

  • Hey analogmad. Killer job on the sound design. Especially toward the end. Nicely done. Big fan too. I did a redux with orchestration only and kept the original SD from the trailer.

Looking forward to seeing more soon.

  • Beautifully executed and inspiring analogmad! Great to hear that ableton live is is strong environment for sound design... Really interested in the behind the scenes as well.

  • HA! I like the transformer sound you made when he goes into the bike. And the muting when he crashes was a nice touch. Dope man!

  • Thanks Sonny! The bike construction was one of the hardest sequences to do.. it consisted of a lot of micro edits of sound. Its roughly about 14 or so layers firing off to create that effect.

The crash sequence was done by putting an EQ Three on the master track, turning off the high frequencies and then sweeping the high freq from 6khz down to 200hz. I wanted it to seem as though everything around him slowed down as he realized what was about to happen...I wanted to accent his intense anxiety

  • Superb. Did you create the sounds with vsts, operator, or samples? Or a combination? Very awesome, keep 'em coming.

  • Excelent work!

    pretty neat sound

  • haha this is T's husband? ca-ca-crrraazyyy!

  • Nicely done! I like your audio work better than the original.

  • Me too.

  • Holy moses I enjoyed that! This sounds so detailed, complex and rich! I am seriously looking forward to a behind the scenes look at your process. Fantastic!

  • Thank you! It was so much fun

  • Great job!
