But I'm Bipolar and the doctors always say that it's because of that that I'm more "unstable" at night, etc.. @sobeboyzz I am part Cherokee, Chippewa, and Creek. And my Native Side is STRONG and COLD. Other people that don't have these inherited traits cope differently with life. So we may be able to go through life and cope with reality just fine, whereas other people may not have the "life's a bitch, get over it" mentality, so they simply don't cope with it the same.

I totally believe in reincarnation however to get a point across (I'm Pagan). To me if you were a wolf in a past life that means nothing. A spirit doesn't change. Many of the Otherkin that reside in our human bodies (for instance Draconic, Angelics, Demonics, etc.) have never been on this realm of existence physically. The only way to get to that level is astral projection in my opinion.

It's obvious to other therians, the resemblance in the face structure. Glad you have pride and faith in yourself. @Euipoi I know what you mean. I am NOT a Therian, but my friend, a fox, has unique features in her face and body structure that strongly resemble one. A couple other are a black panther and an arctic wolf, and they both strongly resemble them. It was extremely hard to believe, and still today, since they refuse to shift in front of me (haven't asked the wolf), but the resemblance is stunning.
@atari67 Yes, I am not human on the inside. I have doctor's proof of it too, actually. My arms and legs are attached to my body a bit differently, and I have more lymph nodes in my stomach than the average human, meaning my body can break down bacterias in foods faster.

@Ashyey I am actually finding it incredibly difficult to cry, these days. I'm changing do to my age and maturity, and I've hardened a lot. I went through a huge breakup after a two-year long relationship about... a year and a half ago, and I was devastated for four days, but then I plastered a big fake smile on my face, and continued living. Surprisingly, pretending to be happy actually works. You soon forget the sadness and find yourself having real fun. I rarely cry anymore, and am very happy.

Yes, you're correct. It is indeed not a physical thing. However, I like to push myself to my human limits to see what this fragile body can do. I'm quite sadly aware that I am no longer covered in thick fur, or have my wonderful fangs, but I do what I can to use my body in ways most people don't; for instance, running through the forest at mock speed, dodging trees and rocks and running along slippery logs. :)

Oh My Gosh Some of your exact words that you decribe about yourself I have put in my journal. My Therian journal. Since I was a little girl I felt strange. When I grew nine years of age I had a spark. Now years later I feel like I do now, the way we both feel is similar but different. I do not "feel" my ears and tail nor do I have vivid dreams as you do. I did have a dream not to long ago, that I was in my wolf body, running.

You subjectively view yourself as possessing the spirit of the wolf. Everybody else objectively views you as a human with a plethora of psychiatric issues.
People have the right to believe whatever they want. If you wish to think believing in reincarnation (which is actually smattered in a bunch of different religions) is insane, then that's what you, as an individual, think.
However, it is wrong for you to say everyone thinks that way, as I have 500+ friends who aren't all otherkin, and still believe in it.
Also, when someone is close-minded, and doesn't accept that some people have different ideas and outlooks on life, then, well, you're going to have a very very hard time in life, socially. Because there's a LOT of different people out there.
Also, I am perfectly sane; I can function completely normally in any situation. I can problem solve and analyze just like you. I have no mental issues or otherwise that make life hard for me. In fact, since I learned about myself, I've been happier than ever

If otherkin made me do unhealthy things, like biting people, and going around saying I am a werewolf and that I physically change, then I could see someone calling me crazy, or mentally unstable.

So you may experience your spiritual nature and bloodline. You must be spiritualy born this way, there are no exceptions. A totem animal or a reincarnation is not the same as Therianthropy. I totally believe in reincarnation however to get a point across (I'm Pagan). To me if you were a wolf in a past life that means nothing. A spirit doesn't change. Many will disagree with me on this however me being a Therian myself i would like to say this. Many of the Otherkin that reside in our human bodies (for instance Draconic, Angelics, Demonics, etc.) have never been on this realm of existence physically. The only way to get to that level is astral projection in my opinion.

@Euipoi I know what you mean. I am NOT a Therian, but my friend, a fox, has unique features in her face and body structure that strongly resemble one. A couple other are a black panther and an arctic wolf, and they both strongly resemble them. It was extremely hard to believe, and still today, since they refuse to shift in front of me (haven't asked the wolf), but the resemblance is stunning.

@atari67 Yes, I am not human on the inside. I have doctor's proof of it too, actually. My arms and legs are attached to my body a bit differently, and I have more lymph nodes in my stomach than the average human, meaning my body can break down bacterias in foods faster.

I went through a huge breakup after a two-year long relationship about... a year and a half ago, and I was devastated for four days, but then I plastered a big fake smile on my face, and continued living. Surprisingly, pretending to be happy actually works. You soon forget the sadness and find yourself having real fun. I rarely cry anymore, and am very happy.

Yes, you're correct. It is indeed not a physical thing. However, I like to push myself to my human limits to see what this fragile body can do. I'm quite sadly aware that I am no longer covered in thick fur, or have my wonderful fangs, but I do what I can to use my body in ways most people don't; for instance, running through the forest at mock speed, dodging trees and rocks and running along slippery logs. :)

Oh My Gosh Some of your exact words that you decribe about yourself I have put in my journal. My Therian journal. Since I was a little girl I felt strange. When I grew nine years of age I had a spark. Now years later I feel like I do now, the way we both feel is similar but different. I do not "feel" my ears and tail nor do I have vivid dreams as you do. I did have a dream not to long ago, that I was in my wolf body, running.

I was never able to hear anyone else feel the same why i do. And u'r right, being otherkin is sometimes hard to live with, i had to change schools because i was terribly anti-social and no one understood why. and i know what u mean about not liking being human, everytime i look at myself in the mirror i think " Why do i have to be like this". I have dreams where im the same white wolf all the time and when i wake up i curse, and start asking why i have to be like this.

First, thank you for being brave and not afraid to speak out on who you really are. In this life I have experienced the shift, although not physical unfortunately. I feel the urge to do animalistic things. I have had dreams and memories that have led me to discover more about myself. I miss a place I can feel in my heart that I believe is home. I yearn for a more simpler time. So it is good to see others that remember also that are awakened. Thank you for sharing!

Thank you very much for posting this video up, untill recently I have found it very hard in explaining how I am as a person to my best friend -finds it very hard to put things into words like this-. Hey there one of your little "uncommon" friends here. I got a double whopper myself actually a tripple. Don't ask how and why but vampirism, wolfsoul and a dragonic interlooper in one package. YEAH I like my life!
But remain positive and learn to accept those sides. Give them their "time of day" so to say and become more a full package.
Of course I come from being already about 10 years or longer in the process. Use your gifts well sister!

Hi i have some friends that think im a lizard-like humanoid creature called a draconis (also draconian) however i don't see how, i have some memories of a soldire in ancient armor and when i recently talked to them about it one said that it was me in a past life and that also the memory i have of a kid runnin in the woods to join someone is me in a past life but the kid was her son in her past life. i would go into detal but not enough word space. oh also she told me shes a crystal keeper.

You subjectively view yourself as possessing the spirit of the wolf. Everybody else objectively views you as a human with a plethora of psychiatric issues.

People have the right to believe whatever they want. If you wish to think believing in reincarnation (which is actually smattered in a bunch of different religions) is insane, then that's what you, as an individual, think.
However, it is wrong for you to say everyone thinks that way, as I have 500+ friends who aren't all otherkin, and still believe in it.

Also, when someone is close-minded, and doesn't accept that some people have different ideas and outlooks on life, then, well, you're going to have a very very hard time in life, socially. Because there's a LOT of different people out there.
Also, I am perfectly sane; I can function completely normally in any situation. I can problem solve and analyze just like you. I have no mental issues or otherwise that make life hard for me. In fact, since I learned about myself, I've been happier than ever

And that is what matters most; happiness and health.
If otherkin made me do unhealthy things, like biting people, and going around saying I am a werewolf and that I physically change, then I could see someone calling me crazy, or mentally unstable.
However, I am perfectly fine, and live my life as any normal 19 year old would. I simply have different views on the world, and myself.
And that's all that matters; if a belief makes someone happy and healthy, then it should not be looked down upon.
