For 2008 version you have to complete the Slam Dunk School and complete every challenge there is in it then Slam Dunk Contest is in NBA Live 2008.

To do a 720 on a ps2 hold down R1 + triangle then turn ur left analog stick in a 720 angle real fast and hold circle for a while then finish it and u get ur 720 :P

To do a double between legs for ps2 hold down the L1 button and start a 2 foot gather button (circle) then while ur in air use the Pump tricks button (circle) and just finish of the dunk as normal and u got it.

This is cool. Have you tried playing up to this part on Dynasty Mode? I play with the Lakers and Kobe won it in my game. Alando Tucker, Jason Richardson, and  some other sucky Charlotte player made it. (both charlotte players missed dunks in first round to get out right away.)
