This is an awesome game i loved it.. I loved number one more though cos the save the people missions wern't so difficult given credit i was like 7-10 when i played these games on PS2 but they will be in my heart :D Anubis is still the coolest looking frame runner

I have no idea? I only played second runner, I have the first one but my copy has some sort of problem where the game wnt save, it will reset every time I try to save the game so I never had the patience to beat it in one go without saving

It's hidden in Zone of the Enders: the 2nd Runner. Play through the game (which is fun in and of itself), and then go to the Extra Missions mode, and play the Boss Fight against Vic Viper. During the fight, pause the game and enter the Konami Code, using L1 and R1 for B and A.

A little disappointed it doesn't remix any of the music... It seems a bit out of place to see ZoE2 Vic Viper shoot things to the old arcade version of Challenger 1985.

Very smart strategy in getting the shield before any options or anything. Usually in Gradius games, it's just the opposite (shield comes last).

I like how everything uses the old sound effects. Kind of adds a nice touch to the whole thing. Though it's a bit of a letdown that there isn't a true core fighter at the end.
