Makeup artists tend to do that. They also use the same brushes on lots of people. That's why it is so important for models to take extra care of their skin.

wow that make up artists does NOT know the proper way to apply cream blushes!! you should use a brush! you applied WAYY too much with her fingers and i could definitely tell how bright pink the model's cheeks were! if it's THAT bright on a video, it will be ridiculous in real life.

Nothing special, I don't think this look actually suits everyone. IMHO blush colour is way too pink and lipstick colour way too dark to look natural
