One of the great early vocal groups who recorded more than 30 tunes. Sadly few people know of the Swallows . Thankfully many are rediscovering these old and most talented groups from the 40s & 50 through the magic of the Internet & You Tube. I hope those with the ability will post more tunes of the dozens of harmony groups few know.

The Swallows...what more do you need to say? From the streets of Baltimore, these cats sang on Friday nights on the diagonally opposite street corner from their life-long friends and musical "rivals" the Cardinals...man oh man, how good summer nights in downtown Baltimore must have been.
