I use contour belt. it works in it's own way. I use it to supplement my workout. I also really juice it to atleast 50%. using the belt is better than doing nothing. Doing crunches is better than the belt. I do crunches and flutter kicks with the belt on. : D

i don't think it works. i sent it back after my 30 day trial, but called in to get some sort of number with a tracking number so you can get your money back (doesn't apply to the 30-day trial)!! it burns like hell and like chrisdotwynn says, "it doesn't burn fat", so you won't see results--and im a pretty petite woman.

The point I am making is that I do a lot of aerobic daily and with the assist from the belt my abs have shown more and more. The point am making is that the machine does the work alone but it contributes a lot, this is coming from someone who has a six pack, and I mean that with know ego.

I got one of these belts...and I love it! You just got to set it to the most comfortable level in order to feel a comfortable shock to your abdomen (set the weight percentage to your satisfaction)...Trust me, it works.
