I can't believe some of the comments I am seeing. The point of Kangoo Jumps is that they take 80% of the impact you put on your body, which burning 25% more calories. They are better than a trampoline, because with a trampoline, you are still taking the shock on the body. You can use these for all types of aerobic excercise. I want a pair. You look good girl! Ignore the haters, and keep doing what you are doing.
