  • not a bad review ..where did you pick the light up?

  • awesome very under rated gun

  • are you a southsider lol jk bro

  • The trigger is not double action. It's double/single action. If the hammer is down, it's double action. If the hammer is cocked, it's single action.

  • the gun is single/double action not double action only. Very reliable guns but they are sort of clunky.

  • have had this gun for 2 years now and its by far the best one i have had yet!!

  • The ruger p345 is a fun I would never buy again.... Ima stick to the glocks!

  • Good Review I Got My P345 Today

  • I think the 8 round mag was meant for CCW. I would get the 14 rounders but they're too big for a short person to conceal easily

  • can it take 1911 mags?

  • @h8rzhate i got one and if you grind something off of the tip of the mag [i didnt do it my cousin did] it will take them, but when every round is shot the gun will not lock open like normal

  • 41/4 inch barrel.

  • The device that you claim is a magazine disconnect is actually an ejector. It is lowered when you are disassembling the weapon. The magazine pushes it up when you insert a magazine.

  • 5:40

Pistols aren't really appropriate for home defense, they sacrifice a lot to be more mobile and concealable. Shotguns are better for home defense. .45 doesn't hold a candle to a 12 GA.

  • good review

  • He your hand tattoo, that looks like the one the evil sniper had on his hand in the movie Behind Enemy Lines, with Owen Wilson. Just saying!

  • This is the ultimate personal carry gun. Way Under-rated semi -auto 45. 1/2 poly and Half steel. I would put it up against any 1911, Glock 45, H&KP30 or SIG220 elite ANYTIME. The black one is the only nice looking one, the SS looks very homo. Very easy to clean. I only use nice ammo. DO NOT USE WOLFF!!! 8 rounds is good enough, and very reliable, no jamming. Double to Single action. They have a useless 15 round mag available. New $495, used $439 private or retail $389

  • Nice ghetto ass gang tattoos on your hand vatos locos!

I'm sorry, but is this ironic to anyone eles that a funking gangbanger or maybe wannabe-gangbanger is giving a gun review?

  • if i was dropped off in the middle of nowhere and i could take one gun, i would take my p345. 1,000 rounds and not a single jam. I got it for a little under 500 bucks. its also very accurate and durable. You cant go wrong with a Ruger!

  • I've always thought of Ruger autos as tough but cheap pistols suitable for gangsters and white trash. The reviewer's three-dot gang tat does little to dissuade me of this impression. However, I think I may get one of these P345s, probably in stainless. So I guess that makes me either a gangster or poor, probably the latter. Anyway, decent review.

  • If you want more rounds you will have a fatter grip. It's a tradeoff, but for those with smaller hands or wanting to conceal, this is a great choice. If 8 rounds is good enough for a 1911 then why not the P345?

  • So it has ambi de-cocker but non-ambi mag release? Why?

  • ANY PROBLEMS WITH JAMMING?

  • ok leave me alone everybody we all no its fake u guys r dumb this is a dumb airsoft gun bye

  • Where did you order it from?(:

  • : . Mi vida loca . :

    that's what's up

  • i dont want to seem like an asshole, because that is the furthest thing i am from, but i could not help myself when it comes to noticing that tattoo on your hand. what does it mean?

  • lol as much as $400? thats nothing. up here in canada they cost 600. not to mention all the other shit you are required by law to purchase with the gun to legally transport it because of our stupid laws

  • is .45 ACP and .45 Auto the same? .. because I read somewhere this gun is chambered in .45 Auto...

  • @crackhouse203 Yes .45 Auto and .45 ACP are the same thing - the ACP stands for Automatic Colt Pistol

  • They are getting a little too safety oriented with guns now days. Does it come with a box of condoms? I like it better than the ugly bulky rugers before it. But i will keep my Stainless Springfield Champion Custom that i carry.

  • Wait! Wait! Wait!Wait!...... Did he say hife? at 1:11

  • @sammy673 i think he said the hive not the height

  • @sammy673 ya lol

  • @sammy673 WTH is hife?

  • the mac daddy of thunder, very nice piece, and great review!

  • @LtDan104, lol, you owned that chris3987 bad...rofl.

  • @chris3987 There is an airsoft version, but I bought this gun today, and shot about 30 .45ACP rounds out of it.

  • this gun doesn't seem very compact, but for some reason everyone calls it compact. Anyone know why

  • @Wishiculd It has a very small grip. The grip is the hardest part to conceal.

  • @DrJeryl30

What you have heard is related to a certain brand of 1911 not the Ruger.

Also on the 1911, don't drop slide on empty chamber. Ease slide into battery. That's all.

Ruger done a great job on this 45.

    Good vid as well.

  • Also i want to see a existing gun that has intent to kill, harm, or has killed or harmed a person and brains to kill and or harm a person. I might even offer money to see one

  • is it a double action only with the decocker left on?

  • I soooooooooooooooooo want this gun! Feels good in the hand!

  • its beautiful :)

  • Good review.....can you post a full breakdown and clean?

  • Nice 3 dot gang tattoo on the web of your hand. Hope this gun isn't used to mug of kill some innocent person taking a walk in your "territory" (public streets). Hospital, Prison, Grave....*cough* Stupid *cough*

  • leave me alone.. i no i no.. u guys are DUMB ITS A BB GUN

  • @chris3987 yes. it is obvious... by the way, can i try it out on you? just put a pulover on and it won't hurt...

  • @chris3987 i've never seen a .45 caliber airsoft before??? I've also never seen one that shoots lead hollow points, or uses gun powder for fireing, damn for a minute i could have sworn that it was a .45 ACP. Seriously, do you really think this is not a real gun, or are you one of those people who just start arguments, do you even know enough about guns to even know what ACP is?

  • @chris3987 its not

  • This guy "chris3987" is a dumb ass...

  • Good description of features, pros and cons

  • I just recently picked mine up from the gun store and have shot 100 bullets in mine so far without one problem. its a very good and accurate gun for such a short barrel. not as much kick back as i was expecting. looking forward for some more time in the shooting range with it.

  • THIS GUN FAKE

  • @chris3987 hey FUCK YOU FAGGOT I wasted 3 mins of my life reading these comments about you

now I HOPE YOU ARE BUTT FUCKED 2 DEATH

  • You did a good job on the review. However, I knoticed you dry fired this gun a couple times. I'm not sure if you know this but if you dry fire this particular gun too many times (and it's that many) you will damage the firing pin block and shatter it. This will cause the gun to fail when firing and you will get some FTFs. I've heard that this happens when dry firing only after about 4 times so be careful not to dry fire this weapon anymore.

  • damn that decocker lets it down hard. I was expecting it to be like the sig.

  • I liked the way the gun felt when I bought it. However I had alot of issues with the gun. Many things made it unsafe to use. For example.. when the slide was locked back and a full mag was put in the slide lock would release and load the gun. Not very safe. I ended up sending it back to the factory 4 times and the problem was never fixed. I personally think that ruger is a great brand for revolvers. the only pistol I would buy from them is the SR-9. TRY IT BEFORE YOU BUY IT! Dont buy a lemon!

  • I'd seriously like to get another for around $300, that's unheard of in the south. Be wary of your front sight, mine came loose but with a little thread lock it was perfect. Great for a shoulder rig especially if you're a biker.

  • they built the sr 40, why not the sr 45??? i wish they would.. the sr guns are nice as hell.

  • Okay mr latin king

  • no airsoft gun is anywhere near as cool as a pellet gun or bb gun, those are actually useful for alot of things.

  • everytime someone reviews a gun that is replicated by airsoft manufacturers you get a bunch of airsoft rejects talking crap like they know anything about anything. "i could run that ar no problem, because i have the airsoft ar and it works the same way" no retard you can't. no retard it doesn't. no retard you can't share my air, you are making the world more stupid with your comments. grow the hell up.

  • i played airsoft for a while and i quit because it sucks, i played paintball before that and it was so much better. airsoft sucks because the people that play airsoft really think that they can replicate their performance with a real gun. then when i took my airsoft friends out to shoot real guns they acted like a bunch of retards and couldn't shoot accurately with multiple shots. i am sure there are some cool airsoft guys but most are douchebags.

  • YA ALL AREW GAY AS FUCK THIS IS A AIRSOFT GUN GOD WOULD NEVER CREATE HARMFUL WEAPONS TO HARM OTHERS

  • Hello again. This was the replacement for the Ruger P97. Unfortunately ruger chose to do away with the 97 as they needed to satisfy "certain" states call for the safety disconnect. Too bad as in my humble opinion the P97 was the finest .45 other than the 1911 that is. It also has the safety disconnect as it will not regain it's original position. Check out the P97 & you will see what I mean. Nice duracoat - what was it before? black or stainless? THX JAMES.

  • where did you find this gun for 280-350$? the cheapest i could find this model was about 465$.

  • dude.. you breath so heavy in this vid.... you been running or are you just fat

  • IM SORRY ITS NOT A BB GUN... ITS A AIR GUN

  • @chris3987 wow you must really be stupid if you cant even tell the difference between the actual ruger and the airsoft replica of it

  • Comment removed

  • good review..i have the same model.. was yours originally a stainless slide or did you buy the black one and dura_coat it? mine is the stainless slide, but im thinking of dura-coating it black.. what do you think? i have looked for factory black slides online but cant find any.. know of any? thanks.

  • dude that looks pimp, so does it come with case and laser and 2 metal clips and is it co2 and how much money for all of that thanks lawl

  • dry firing without the mag can damage the firing-pin on this model, you will have the click-no-bang-problem when pulling the trigger on a live round, you dont want that on a home defence gun. just visit the ruger pistol forum and search for p345

  • @Fudoh1 it's true. but the way they build the gun if dry firing it once breaks it you got a lemon... but i suggest not doing it regularly.

  • Comment removed

  • @45clevon if you're talking about the spiraling, somewhat thick metal, it's a buffer spring (not a standard recoil spring). From what I can tell, it guides the primary recoil spring while cutting down on the kick (especially shooting .45ACP in such a light gun). People say you can take it off if you're looking to replace the spring with thinner spring. But from what I can tell it's a pretty handy invention and I'm not much for modifications.

  • Comment removed

  • @Fudoh1 Not if you remove the magazine disconnect which does absolutely nothing bad to it's performance.

  • Great gun and great review man.

I just recently bought my ruger p345 and i love it.

  • YES IT IS AIRGUN

  • @chris3987 LOL... The magazine is a dead giveaway... If its a BB gun, it shoots pretty badass BBs....

  • @chris3987 it shoots .45ACP if you notice his magazine has PDX1 ammo which at 230 grain weighs about 15grams. It's the most common large pistol round.

  • Okay, just to say, this is a great gun, I own Rugers and I love them and I trust my life to them every day. However, the DA trigger pull is generally between 8 and 12 lbs. while the SA trigger pull is right around 4-6 lbs, just not as light as stated and good to know for those switching from smithed guns. Oh, and the take up on SA isn't an issue if it resets quickly and you train (most Rugers that I have dealt with reset very quickly). Otherwise it was a decent review.

  • You know your not suppose to dry fire this gun without a clip in the gun it screws up the firing pin.

  • Great Review! Thanks for sharing :)

  • reminds me of the day I bought mine......... nice review. This is definitely a great gun. Great reliability, great price, nice build, nice size.......

  • hey look everyone here is another gang banger with a gun in there hands

  • @makin1905 shut the fuck up.

  • Solid and current. Take a peek at my further take down of the frame. Good on ya!

  • reminds me of my p95. i want one now.

  • It's a very nice accurate firearm.

  • shoot me wit it then. its a bb gun ...

fuck thi wanna be gang banger

  • @chris3987 its not a fuckin ass bb gun

  • look in the case and look at the magaziens then look at the 1 closes to the top its loaded!!!!

  • its a bb gun. show off weanna be gang banger

  • @chris3987 Last time I checked a handgun chambered in .45 ACP was far from a BB gun.

  • Hey guy great video, as for the dumb fucks asking about your tattoo, don't listen to them, there just angry cuz they don't have a gun! Oh, as for the stupid fucks on the bottom of this message, fuck them too!

  • Great video, dude..but is that a gang tattoo?

  • @mrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrk Tattoo represents "Mi vida loca" which is Spanish for "My Crazy Life", normally most Sureños get tattooed. Not saying that, it's the reason why he's got it tattooed. Could have own personal meaning... But I'm thinking about purchasing this handgun, your video really helped me. Thanks mate :)

  • it does have a slide release you keep pushing it up itll break

  • I like how unlike other gun reviews, you don't breathe into the mike with an annoying *HHHHRRRRRGGGGH* noise every second.

  • Great review, sir. I actually made the exact same suggestion regarding making the "SR45" :) I'd also like to see a SR40. I own both the SR9 and SR9c and I love them both.

  • Tip: Never dry fire ur weapons. U may damage the firing pin. Instead insert a spent round or use what is called a snap cap. If u dont u run the risk of breaking the firing pin. Great review thou.

  • i agree thekingof808 chris3987 knows nothing about guns, For one Ruger does not make BB guns, and the chanber and magazines are fare too big for a BB gun.

  • Good review but you are not suposed to dry fire this weapon!

  • Good review bro!

  • @sturmgewehr70 thanks

  • My Crazy Life eh.

  • @thekingof808 my crazy life. your tats. you know what that means right?

  • your struggling to pull that bor damn!! 8rounds too? never gonna be enough...

  • @chris3987 BB gun, LOL, you must know alot about guns..

  • @chris3987 It is a .45 ACP and will take the majority of your head off....as well as shoot your eye out:)

  • @ethandalton Nope. I run on hope and rainbows. BB gun it is. This guy is a wanna be gang banger with his tattoo. Nobody can touch me ..... except my preist.

  • @chris3987 now how the hell does it look like a bb gun?i hate it when dumbasses comment on videos.

  • @chris3987 why dont you let him shoot you with it then, cabrón

  • @chris3987 thats a real gun dumbass

  • @chris3987 stupid this is real

  • @chris3987 Haha why don't you come play some airsoft then, douchebag? You'll get a chest full of .45 hollow point "BB's" Make sure to wear your paintball mask, bitch.

  • @chris3987 you my friend are a dumbass.

  • @chris3987 He said it was chambered in .45 ACP. What are you talking about.

  • @chris3987 do you really think this is a bb gun? cause if you do your just a complete idiot

  • @chris3987 idiot.

  • @chris3987 YOchris man its a real fuckin gun of course you dont know about guns because your to busy sucking dick

  • yes, I can confirm that this gun has a decocker that stays where you put it. It does NOT return to its original position, you move it down, and it decocks the gun and stays in the down position

  • I bought this gun over a year ago. I never had one jam . This gun has been the most reliable gun I've owned. I use it for CC.

  • great review.

  • nice job, best review of the pistol on youtube!

  • nice gun!

  • very nice review. concise and informative, keep up the good work...

  • I thought that decocker only models the decocker was spring loaded.

  • I payed 429 for the 2 tone model guess I got ripped off

  • @PLANETP1SS no you got a good price ruger's suggested retail price for your stainless steel p345 is $617

  • Got it Love it

  • but then again, maybe the old p90, if my shitty memory serves me right....it has a spring return after you decock it. I dont remember

  • @MicrosoulV3 This guy doesnt know his weapon this is NOT the decock only model it ha sa manual safety. The safety will decock but unlike the decock only model it DOES NOT have a spring return and when engages it remaines down in the SAFE position until manually returned to the fire position. This guy doesnt seem to know much. He claims its 4.5 inch barrel it isn't its 4.2. If he used this as home defense I hope he learns this is a safety and NOT simply a decocker

  • my decock lever doesnt stay down like that... why? if i press it down it goes right back in a horizontal position.. hmmmm... loaded or un loaded. i thought thats the way it should be... ive never had a jam or any problems with it. hmm..

  • lol.. all ammo is dirty if u shoot enough.I thoroughly clean all my guns everytime i shoot them so that doesnt matter...mine is very brand new...the reloads i shot first time out were cast bullets with some rough edges and they didnt feed right...so im just gonna shoot factory ball ammo until its broken it.

  • Comment removed

  • @RAIZEDBYWOLVEZ

If your lever dont stay where you put it, you need to get your gun to the dealer, its broken lol. That is not mormal at all. I had a ruger p90 with the decocker. You seriously need to have your gun looked at

  • maybe i should but ive had the thing for about 3 years now and it never jams.. never has failed me..i hit the de-cock and it works perfect..just goes right back to its normal position after as if its spring loaded.. im gonna take it in and have my gun smith have a look at it. thanks.

  • do u know if anybody makes high capacity mags for this?....eight rounds goes pretty quick. what type of ammo do u use in yours?..mine jamms on reloads, so i guess i gotta use factory ball ammo until its broken in....any recommendations?

  • i dont know of any high cap mags for this P345.. ive looked..and..i recommend always using factory loads...re-loads are dirty.

  • i just took mine to the range today for the first time...great gun...low recoil..light weight..it doesnt like reloads though ..it jammed up on my reloads so i had to buy some ammo at the range, but a very accurate weapon...my wife shot bullseyes at 25yds...ruger has some nice accessories for this weapon as well...i think i might change out the grips..but very nice gun..accurate..safe..affordable..easy to clean...

  • Great to hear, it been the same for me. Excellent! Cant wait for ruger to come out with another P series 45!

  • well, one 45 is enough for me...my next firearm is probably gonna be a shotgun.

  • I love shotguns I have a 12guage shotgun and boy I'll tell ya, can't go wrong with a shotgun or revolver in a gun battle.

  • How much is this gun now?

  • well here in california, i saw it for $429 , after tax ,doj, and all the bullshit fees it came to $529....im sure u can get it cheaper than that...this guns been around for a while now.

  • i bought mine 3 years ago it was roughly six hundred out the door.. im in cali as well. i have seen them cheaper now. great gun though..ive never had any problems.

  • strange.. ive never had a jam with reloads..but.. they are dirty and now i only use factory. great gun though..love it.

  • Good information. I am looking for a small conceal gun (yes, I have my license). This looks promising. I agree with your Pro's and cons.

  • I would suggest the Ruger SR9, great handgun For concealment. I carry the Ruger SR9, and its great for the budget, and one the slimmest handguns I have carried. Got to my YouTube page to see the review and quick look at it.

  • U know I seen the review on this gun and it's seem to a good gun, but my only problem is that I've moved up from 9mm to 45acp. Do ruger have a subcompact 45acp.

  • i wouldnt say this is a small handgun...its full size..you might want to go with a compact or even sub compact if you plan to carry concealed.. maybe a glock 27 or springfielsd XD compact/sub.

  • over 1200 rounds and not a jam? nice.

  • RUGER MADE IN AMERICA!

  • I like this gun alot. I like the key for the DE-COCKER. I like it!!!

  • Great Video on the P345, a great looking gun!!!

  • hey where do u live i dont think guns are legal in newyork or atleast not the consealed once

  • Las Vegas, Gun Country

  • 808? If 3 dots = 3yrs in the pen you can not own a gun...legally. Aloha. Just sayin....nice vid btw, thanks.

  • 808 meaning music making not the state, 3 dots meaning friendship. And yes I do own all my guns legally. Thanks for watching remember to subscribe. ALOHA right back!

  • Thanks for reviewing an actual P345, to many kids doing airsoft reviews of when I'm trying to get a review of the real thing...

  • Your Welcome, and hope you subcribe
