Sang this so many times at Ibrox would you believe? This would give such a different outlook to what they say about us Gers, we're NO English!!! In the end, it's Scotland, and when the Tartan Army calls, there's no Rangers or Celtic... only if the Tics don't go for Whiskey in the Jar o' course!!! :-)))
These are the WORLD FAMOUS Budweiser Clydesdales. They are draft horses, used for heavy work around the farms, and to carry the knights and armor before that.

@1991Tijmen1991 that should be the best Scottish-influenced band, they're not real Scots of course, since they don't live in Scotland, no matter how Scottish they feel. a Scot lives/originates from Scotland, which is different from having Scot ancestors. Alestorm are real Scots.
The ones pulling the carriage are Clydesdales; the footage is from a Busch beer commercial, and the Anheuser-Busch company breeds and keeps a large number of them.
The dalmation is significant as well; Clydesdales, due to being massively strong and fairly well-tempered, used to pull fire-engines before automobiles; and before sirens, dalmations served that purpose - running ahead of the engines and barking to clear the way, or nipping at the horses heels to get them moving.
@lumberjack1475 I'm offended at being called American. I was born and raised in England, my mum is english, my dads side of the family is Scottish. So yeah the Scottish in me and I'm proud of it. I am sick to death with having my heritage questioned just because of the comments I made 4 months ago.
@sophieliz1990 sorry sorry sorry. Yes my mum is also scottish, but I never lived there, and I understand in what way I insulted you, I would hate to be asked the same thing. Though an Irishman did a few days back, funnily enough. Anyhow, yeah sorry it's just that that's exactly the sort of comment yankees drown bagpipe music or scottish, irish, all folk songs in general with, and irish rebel songs too, believing themselves irish, scottish
Sorry, the only thing I can say is that tunluckily hey are not my horses. I don't know if they are british horses or even if they are arabian horses. As you see, I don't know a thing about horses.
@LOKOPAKACARAMBA and @LPGUTELMAN Those horses are Clydesdales. They are HUGE horses and were once used as in war by the Scots. Now you mostly see them pulling wagon and such. They are very strong and have a distinctive prancing gait.
@LPGUTELMAN Those are Clydesdales, they're really big, I mean BIG horses. They're bred as a work horse, because of their size, they have immense strength. No clue where they come from, but I hope that helps.
