Use slate, saw it to shape, its a one hit wonder but you can make one in about 3mins.

Y don't you just make some string from bark which I will show you in one of my videos then get a rock put it in the string swing it around and there you go

i did use a iron hammer for my stone because i did not find a good rock for shaping

yes it is hard to work with but if you get a strong thin stone (shown in the video) its actually really easy

a primitive way an easier way is taking a blade from something and using that as the head
@KingJon95 what if you have only 1 knife and you are lost, risking that 1 knife can't be done. In a case like this you can make this kind of head.
