Ipod Touch/iPhone 1.1.4 YouTube fix! WORKING! Fix YouTube!!!

man jailbreaking has really gone really far,before when the touch first came out u had to do it on the cpu and it was dangerous but now we just use jailbreakme[dot] com and it jaikbreaks with no need of a computer and i never had my ipod brick or anything like that :D thank u comunity of really smart people that came up with this :D

IDK what u r trying to use the spacebar in , but if it's a web adress, then you cant cuz web adresses dont have spaces. Hope that helped.

I'm new to this iPhone stuff. I just got mines free last night from the apple store. I spent like 3 hours trying to find the installer app. Then I realized that you had to jailbreak it (duh!) lol. This app/source found in tweaks 1.1.4 really works. Just don't forget to restart. You don't have to change the date and all of that other crap. JUST REBOOT!!!!

i restored the iphone again on the itunes player thingy.... lost all my numbers but then restored by itself again after dis and reconnecting the phone... youtube then worked after that.... under check for updates.... there is a restore tab..... crazy but it really worked.....

plus my numbers reapeared.... and ziphone logo.... again all i really tried to do is get it back to factory settings... and reinstall ziphone jailbreak... but it fixed itself after just the restore from itunes

alright... my iphone only shows the "cannot connect to youtube" sign if I try to do anything other than watch what I had already bookmarked. If I click on bookmarks, the screen will load up with all the videos and I can choose a video, let it load and watch it. Why does "cannot connect to youtube" only show up if I try to go to most viewed, featured, or search?

FOR THOSE WITH PROBLEMS I downloaded the one from Cydia ( a different installer) and I used the one that said "use if other youtube doesnt work". Make sure you have only one of these programs running at a time.If that doesn't work it might have something to do with me switching from Ziphone to iLiberty.

i followed this and it didnt work.but wat i did was unistall this app.install a diferent app that fixes youtube but dont the one he uses make u dowloada 1.1.4.click home button then slide the powerbar.estart your phone.when it starts back up go into installer and install the youtube app he uses in this video.after installing click home button.go back into installer amd unistall the first youtube app i asked to install. click home button slide the power bar and restartyour phone. it should work..

This guy's method along with countless others didn't work but I found a sure fire and easy way to fix the youtube and email bugs. So damn easy a toddler could do it! Restore iphone to 1.1.4 from iTunes. After that download 'iLiberty', and jailbreak again. This app contains a fix tool for this very annoying problem. It worked for me and I'm 100% sure it will work for anyone else. Google: 'fix youtube with iLiberty' and you'll find a link with step by step inst. for mac or windows
