There is a program for the PSP called Rhythm might want to check that out it can do this type of stuff, and you can use your own sound samples. I use ones ripped from games like Banjo-Kazooie.

I don't know, but I looked high and low for one and all I could get was Rhythm. Here are the Banjo Kazooie samples tinyurl(dot com)/mpb8cs although you will need to convert them to 44Hz or whatever it is for Rhythm. You could, however, look for a MIDI creator. They can do the same thing but I have yet to find a free one.
