This, I'll start doing. My body is genetically slow to warm up, & doing warm ups like this in my training will definitely show huge improvements on joint & skeletal mobility =3

Very similar to Tai Chi warm-ups I do, with a number of
variations and angles I hadn't thought of or seen before.
We think of them as the warm-up to your warm-up, for
"checking in" with your body. Good stuff, thanks.
