I bought a mobile phone back in 1994 and had some really unnerving experiences: hot flushes, heat in the head, and generally feeling like I was burning up and that was just being in proximity to it when it was switched on, never mind actually using it. So I threw it in a skip two weeks later & have never had anything to do with them since. As well as health concerns, exposure to mobile phone radiation makes people docile & stupid.

The term microwave refers to a range of frequencies in the radio spectrum from 300 megahertz to 300 gigahertz.
Microwaves or any other rf energy don't 'carry' heat energy but they generate heat when they are absorbed by an object - like your brain.
