Its linked to frequency of course. But Heinrich did what? He did this through waves? Electromagnetic waves. Its in the atmosphere kinda or linked to earth. Im not sure if he picked it up or not but Nikola Tesla picked up something. It was regular waves from Colorado Springs to France. Im not sure what Tesla picked up. But he knew that atmosphere was ALIVE!
