@403766 take a real good look would you entrust the life of a young baby to those two people as you say she is the result of her upbringing, if that is all she knows and can amount to what would she be teaching any child. That child would grow to be a mirror image of the parents and therefore you have created another cycle of drug users which would again reproduce and so the cycle continues. the cost to society is astronomical not only in monetary terms but crime rates and medical costs.
