as in the force of the deflagration "closes" the intake and the pulse only goes down the exhaust?

because ive never heard of SLI before and ive read a lot on pulse jets

Yup, thats the theory as well as pumping against the cc once it falls from peak pressure, supercharge effect.

It has been a long time since i did anything with this concept and engine series, havnt even thought on the theory.

Might get back to it one day.

Sonic Lock Intake, sounds and looks like it works. Lots of air flow in i see. Im building one useing a telsa valve.
