The repetition of the song is done in almost the same way as Touhou games lately. Also the way how it goes to other music patterns.

Aside for the beat and the organ(instrument), it sounds well enough as one ZUN would make. And read the other comments about his relationship to Ryukishi.

dai composed Final Answer, and dai is an established doujin pianist.

The way certain synths are syncopated, sequenced, the panning and accompaniment styles, and general use of sounds is also different from the way ZUN would have arranged it, and as a result I hear it as something unique.

I do understand where you are coming from, that the song structure is similar to the song structure of songs composed by ZUN - and it definitely would fit well as a looped track in an STG. However, the repetition of tracks isn't unique to Touhou - every BGM used in Umineko is recorded with two repetitions of the song.
