  • Ah philanthropy..good on you.

  • I really think someone should just go through all of your videos and count the number of times you hear the word "economy". xD

But what you're doing is awesome! Wish I was near NY. ;)

  • why not send the money to a 3rd world country where they really need it? instead of giving it away to people that dont need it here in the us people are dying in other places of other parts of the world. 'support the economy'?!?!? thats the dumbest thing ive ever heard.

  • The actual purpose of the program is to increase consumer confidence. Some would argue that the morale of America, and fear of a recession is looming...the point of the program was to inject money into the local economy. Just meant to be fun and get people smiling. Not meant to save the world...

  • increase consumer confidence? what were not buying enough? ok well i guess it makes sense if you are just doing it for fun then. but i still believe its really a waste of money that can AT LEAST help in another way. im not trying to argue, just wondering, is it really necessary?

  • Us Americans are constantly saving, every paper has ways of "saving money" and "how to invest". All this saving and investing takes out of the economy, and when people decide they want to hold their own money, or spend it, it causes bad bad times. Programs like this encourage spending and so are good good good!

  • free cash rules!
