He manages to cross- polinate different historical dress, such as military jackets, with the ( call it emo if you must) khol - lined eyes that you see today. He really does set trends; . Leto manages to take it back a few years to the Beatles and the Seargent Pepper thing when Military Dress was hip with the youth.
