WTF is that taig doing wearing the scummy green and grey? Never mind, where's your season gone now, lol? Boruc - Ulster's Number One, Ulster's, Ulster's Number One! Rem 1690. FTP.
hey Euan Mckee1984. fair enough i can understand your frustration. i personaly want scotland to break away from the U.K, so basically i'm on your side. However i don't agree with cheering on the death of innocent people. these things should be dealt with democratically, and the truth is SLF is one of the few bands that send that message LOUD AND CLEAR. if you wanna think any other way, go post on a
video by a rebel band. listen to 'each dollar a bullet' by SLF. maybe then you'll get the idea.
great documentary.. check out kymatica aswell, and zeitgeist, endgame, loose change, what the bleep do we know, freedom to fascism, money as debt, bursting bubbles of government deception, the obama deception, earthlings, the world according to monsanto, great global warming swindle, sweet misery - a poisoned world, flow for the love of water, end of nations eu takeover, ring of power, money masters... all free on google video! when u watch them come back to me for more :P
SLF are not a rebel or loyalist band. if any one thinks that, they should read 'song by song' by jake burns and alan parker, where jake states original band were made up of catholics and protesdants. they are anti secretarian war songs. no sides taken. I was lucky enough to meet the band backstage at their show in perth last year. As a Celtic supporter, one of the highlights for me was being able to have friendly football banter with ian Mc callum the current SLF guitarist who supports Rangers
cool, didnt know trhat, never really delved into there tunes, just lines like " theyntake away our freedom in a day of liberty why cant they just fuck off, why cant they listen"
the book is a good read. its basically one big interview, so its pretty easy to get through. even for a non-reader its a pretty easy read. it gives a discription of every song which is pretty cool, cos although I think most of SLFs songs speak for themselfs, there are some songs that were interesting to hear the meaning behind the words.
just a pity some people can't listen to the words properly, or buy the book!
Yep, pikeyladpunk got it right - this is from Brixton Academy St Patrix '88 on their first proper tour after they got back together. It's taken from a live video called "See You Up There", which is long overdue a DVD release.
PS: EternalLoyalist, I'd be more concerned about Henry's mullet than Ali's shirt!!
is that Ali Mcmordie wearing a celtic jersey? just because its st patricks day? im fucking gutted. i wonder if he would wear a bowler hat and collarette on the 12th july? i think not. shame on him.
eh mibbe he was wearing a Celtic top coz he supports celtic you wanker, stiff Little Fingers are basically a rebel band, but liek the pogues they are very careful in how they go about it, ken what i mean, suspect device, ira bomb, who else is he gonna support, shame on you,
what about the tune Alternative Ulster, hahahaha loyalist fuck!!!
b: It was written entirely without malice and was actually a lighthearted comment
c:SLF were/are NOT a rebel band in any way
You're basically an ill informed imbecile who really should do some research before posting half-witted comments. By the way my political beliefs have got nothing to do with any comment i've ever posted on youtube. I'll leave comments like that to bigots like you.
bigot, coz im a rebel, fuck you, thats like calling osama bin laden a terrorist coz he went against america! fucking idiots, cant wait til 2012 when eveything will be made clear!!
