To any one Intrested in This system but would like to make it go Brushless or want to know if it can be made brushless, the answer is yes.. The Truck strait out of the Box has a 81 tooth gear Best speed you can hope for 26-28mph tops. Crawforperformanceengineering com sells both redcat replacement parts as well as there own upgrade parts. On their site you can find parts such as rear wheel lock out kits and a 41 tooth Gear top speed 35 mph with brushed though probly not recomended. have fun.

Check connections and see if you did not hit (without noticing) and broke the servo?

I just got mine today ......my rear servo didn't work either. I found the connector undone at the reciever....plugged it in and the truck is a poundin the ground!

yup overtime things have improved a lot. This one has mostly metal parts :) but plastic parts in this one are tough, to my testing though

no, this is actually more similar to the Tamiya TXT-1 but with Maxx wheels. the whole truck was designed from scratch by CPE

It's a monster truck, not a rock crawler.

the focus was varied. the RTR makes it a nice backyard basher for new comers, it was also designed with comments from the monster truck racing community, and yes it can be converted easily for crawling. I'm sure theres even a way to convert it to scale if you wanted to go crazy on that route
