people gotta stop forgetting that GSP's alot quicker than most of the fighters he has beat, GSP is not quicker than Mike Swick. ya it's true that taking on GSP is a serious task but Mike's great at takedown defense and he has knockout power. as in almost any fight, both fighters have a punchers chance which is usually greater for the fighter who is quicker and more accurate, Mike in this case. I'm not saying Mike has a great chance, I'm just saying you people are idiots if you think he has none

Hey mma true discipline it seems it leaves you open for any kind of style ! I,m into Judo and it is great for throws and pins but however there is no striking of any kind ! its either you make the guy tap out soremade or you score points on throws koka sutemi waza etc ! But this mma is cool id like to check it out some time what does greens and alkaline do for you?

@davidmooreltc Kos barely even works his ground skills anymore. 75 percent of his training has been boxing lately and that has shown hin his fight where he'll try to be like chuck liddell.

Great thing about haivng both Kos and Fitch, He could switch them out, so he's working with a fresher guy each time. if he's doing well with stuffing and getting up from kos and fitch when he's tired,. If he's able to do that when he's tired vs. 2 guys switching in and out, it'll be easier to do it when he's fresh.

Swick won't stuff GSPs takedowns. Hughes couldn't do it, Serra couldn't do it, Alves couldn't do it, Josh Koscheck couldn't do it and Jon Fitch couldn't do it. All of those guys are better grapplers than Swick with the exception of maybe Alves.

stuffing takedowns is separate from grappling. the guys who are the best at stuffing takedowns are the quick guys

@crackpipe76 ummmm no im not. i know that they lost to GSP, but McSwick has more power, speed, and reach than BJ. working with kos and Fitch, he'll prolly be able to stuff some TDs and get up quicker than most. 1 Flurry ends GSP and Gsp hates being hit.

Had Thiago not be so stubby, he prolly would have KO'd GSP also, stuffing TDs initially and would have gotten those leg kicks easier.
